Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy inaugurated mangrove educational tours in Bulaksetra, Babakan Village, District Pangandaran on Wednesday 7th May 2014. The inauguration was also concluded by STREAM program (Sustainable Tourism Through Energy Efficiency and Mitigation Measures with Adaptatiaon) which has been implemented since 2011. According to Deputi Director General of Tourism Destination Development, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Lokot Ahmad Enda, the closing of program which was supported by the UNWTO (United Nations World Tourism Organization Word) was not the end tourism revitalization after tsunami in 2006, but instead it was the beginning of environmentally sustainable tourism by the development of community based mangrove rehabilitation in Bulaksetra.
